I like winning free shit from CD101.
I never really paid much attention to the CD101 Lounge until last month when I got a ton of points on the day of the auction and ended up winning a free Crystal Castles LP.
So now their April auction is going on today, and I’m taking things more seriously this time around. I got outbid on the signed Freelance Whales vinyl at the last second, but I was able to snag some free tickets to The Pains of Being Pure at Heart @ The Basement. That’ll do nicely.
Plus, the auction is still going on, with items up for grabs until 6:00pm.
You may be next on my list, Grinderman coffee mug (note: I’m not even a huge Grinderman fan, but I would very much like to drink coffee out of a mug with a cartoon drawing of Nick Cave’s face on it).
